Professional, courteous, and punctual.
The receptionist I initially talked to was AMAZING! The assistant was so caring and friendly. The doctor, however, was absolutely not a very friendly person and was shockingly judgmental and argumentative. It was very disheartening and I could have done without the repeated lectures about not having insurance. I should have ran when I saw how dirty and water damaged the walls were...very gross. I couldn't get out of there quick enough.
The entire staff is friendly, professional, and very caring. Even my son enjoyed going to see the dentist there, which is saying a lot considering how much he dislikes going. This will be our family's dentist from now on.
