I was a patient of Dr. Hand for approximately 2-1/2 years. The dental hygienists are all excellent at their jobs but, on the other hand, Dr. Hand does not thoroughly check the patient out as far as complaints of pain and the reasons therefor. I believe she would rather get the patients in and out quickly to move on to the next. The office quit taking my insurance which was actually a blessing since my new dentist figured out (on the first visit) that I have a crack in my filling and he is now pulling the tooth.
