I went to Dr Fernandez in 2023 and I was having issues with shoulder, neck and lower back discomfort. Which Dr Fernandez addressed but I have suffered with migraines for many years and with the adjustments my migraines have decreased tremendously! During my visits I was also having issues with tennis elbow and with the Dr’s help within 3 weeks it went away! Dr Fernandez has helped me greatly. BEWARE: The worst service ever! I went twice, I had met my deductible for the year and she’s trying to bill me what my insurance didn’t pay saying she’s out of network. My insurance company informed me many times she accepted the EOB and she submitted the claim as in network so I would only owe my 2 co-pays. I’m getting threatening messages about being sent to collections and being charged 18%APR on a balance that isn’t owed!!!!!! She will not answer my insurance company as they have tried to reach out to her several times. ... read more
Highly disappointed. I gifted a voucher to my friend to go here for an adjustment & examination off of Groupon. Whenever gave him his service was horrible. She didn't do anything & didn't say much. How is this a chiropractor
Dr. Fernandez is amazing! Really takes her time to talk with you & figure out all of you back issues. Super Satisfied with her!
