Our twins are autistic and Dr. Sharon and her entire team are so wonderful and extremely patient with them. We are so happy that our kids are under Dr. Sharon’s care!
The staff & Dr Sharon were great. Explains things to child as well as us. Very patient and not rushed in performing the cleaning & explaining. My son usually hates the dentist experience but this time he said “it was good & no pain at all.” There are Nintendo, Xbox,& tablets that kids can play, while in the waiting room. TV on the ceiling in each room. The decor is very magical with the fairy light clouds and theme rooms. The office is very clean and bright!
I'm a single mom of a disabled child. And I happened to just come upon this place by accident. How lucky was I to find this place! They were very welcoming when we came in, everybody was very kind and patient with my son. I have a very anxious child but they made the entire experience amazing. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly women at the front desk and everyone we interacted with was so kind and so sweet to my child. I love that they explain everything they are doing before doing it and I loved the beautiful office. The decor and the fun themes of each room really made it that much better of an experience. I am so glad we found Once Upon A Smile for our kids. I highly recommend them.
