Rude, dismissive, unprofessional and showed no compassion!!! My Mom was taken to the Ascension Providence ER with symptoms of a heart attack (radiating back pain.) and they told her they didn’t think she was having a heart attack, that they were going to admit her for her “back pain.” Meanwhile, she was left in her bed wailing in pain… medication was ordered, never given!!
