I still have unresolved implant issues and no crown on the post. The odd shaped crown kept breaking off. I paid for a surgical guide, post, abutment, crown. Instead of a replacement tooth, I just have a metal pin sticking out in a wide gap. Preparation and surgery lasted about an hour and a half.
