Received excellent care taking care of 12mm kidney stone. He was easy to talk with, patient with my questions and made sure I understood treatment options and procedures. He treated me in hospital as well as office and I thought he was compassionate with my pain and treatment procedures. Highly recommend him if you need a urologist .
Dr. Parres explained the testing process and what I could expect. He also explained how the testing process had improved since the last time I had been to see him. He was confident the test would tell us everything he would need to know and what steps would be next. This did help decrease the anxiety that comes with these types of situations.
Friendly staff. On time appointments. Dr Katsikas always listens carefully and has immediate feedback for my questions. Gives instructions without being overbearing. Positive attitude helps instill confidence in me that he cares about my health and results of treatment. Highly recommend.
Dr. Parres spent an hour with me. He thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options. Dr. Parres answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed. I really appreciate all of the time out of his busy day that Dr. Parres devoted to me. I felt his care. Thank you very much, Dr. Parres.

Dr. Williams is caring and lets you know what to expect every step of the way. The office is run very efficiently and I've never had to wait for my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.
First, he knows his field and is thorough. He also clearly explains the diagnosis, describing the symptoms and signs and the options for treatment. He also explains the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He is efficient but never makes you feel rushed.
