Dr. Dellwyn Turnipseed was my children dentist years ago. She was very nice and professional. Usually kids are afraid of going to the dentist. She made them feel comfortable which made my job easier when taking them. I will be contacting her again to see if she accepts my insurance. I sure hope so because finding a good Dentist as well as a good Primary Care Physician is of utmost importance.

Please do not go to this dentist office. My father had gone for years and when I moved to Memphis for college, I started going as well. Dr turnipseed is a nice lady but she does not have trained staff. Dr. Turnipseed put a crown over a tooth that came out 3 times- my front tooth. The last time I was out of town and had to get an emergency procedure done at another office. This also happened to my sister- same exact thing. If you care about your teeth, please pick another dentist.

My kids and I have been patients at the office on Poplar for years and I would highly recommend her. One thing I can say is that if I can’t get in to see her when she’s at the Poplar office I can always call the East office and be seen. The staff at both offices are just as friendly as Dr. Turnipseed herself.
