I have gone from frustrated to angry. First I had trouble getting my RX sent to the pharmacy, or getting a call back from the office. The office staff never answers the phone. You get put through to an answering service that sounds like some lady driving down the road on her cell phone. When you do get in contact with the office, they are belligerent and unhelpful. Dr. Edwardson was fine. i went in for a yearly check up and to have a maintenance medication RX renewed. the office as like going to the free clinic. There was an old man bleeding all over the place and telling the other patients his thoughts on life. Then the prescription was confusing for the pharmacy. The pharmacy asked me to contact the doctor and get it worked out. I call the office at 1pm on a Thursday and the woman who answered the phone said "we don't do Prescriptions on Thursday" and told me i could go to the emerge... read more

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. He is way way over priced... you better have good insurance and he will drive your premiums up!!!
