First you set appointment then I was reminded 20 times of the appointment I arrived 15 minutes early there was no where to sit. 1 staff person just standing behind the counter doing nothing 2nd staff person was on phone a line of people to sign in or maybe have questions. After all this we waited 2 1/2 hours to be told we need to reschedule for the other tests because they are just to busy today. This was the worse experience since oakwood closed. Dr. Gardi is a great doctor! He takes his time with his patient, very thorough with his examination, and very caring.
Had multiple vein ablations with Dr. Gardi and my legs have not felt this good since I was a teenage. Thank you Dr. Gardi
