We provided medical transportation services for this office and have been trying to collect payment for over a year. All communication — calls, emails, and messages — has gone unanswered. We have also attempted to contact Mustapha Gardi (managing partner) directly, with no response. An outstanding balance remains unpaid with no explanation or effort to resolve it. Front desk is horrible, rude and never do the job on time. Prescription refills request takes multiple calls. Left a reimbursement form about a month ago with all the bills no update nothing, first they were not able to find anything, I called them few times and they said they have no bills that I have left. Brittney was no help at all and didn’t listen to me, very unprofessional. Telling that they cannot do that after all those days they haven’t done anything. Gave me few different reasons. Dr Gardi is the best! Always kind and more than willing to explain everything to me. I ask a lot of questions and he takes the time to let me know exactly what I need to do. His staff is so wonderful and Faye is amazing! When I needed to make sure my blood pressure medication was on track she was always available to consult with. So very happy with the entire practice here and know I am in good hands. If you want excellence this is where you will find it

Your front desk check in & check out are very rude. Don't even look at the patients!!
