This doctor's office is pleasant but terribly inefficient and at times rude to patients. Waiting time for a prescription written incorrectly by their office (even after speaking on the phone twice to clarify) was an extra 40 minutes in the waiting room. Other patients were seen and discharged while I waited for a simple prescription. Terrible personal service!!

If you want to wait weeks to get an appointment and then be treated like a number and not a human, this is your place. Then forget about it if you need one of the rude office women to send in a prescriptio or get any kind of referral or paperwork handled for you. I'm literally sitting in the waiting room to get a full copy of my medical records so I can go to a new doctor. Plus this doctor loves to throw prescriptions around and not look for a source to the issue. Stay away!

She is an amazing Physician. She has great bed-side manner and talks to you in a respectful manner; not like some other physicians who think that they are "God.".... What I would recommend to her is to remove all of the signs that are posted about cancellation fees, etc. While I understand that she needs to communicate this, I would much rather see it on a patient board that they could refer you to. As is, it gives the impression that it is about money, when she is nothing like that at all!

Dr. McMullen has been great as my doctor each time . A great listener and always wiling to help get to your problem why you are there. I feel at ease talking about my illness.

Dr. McMullen is always friendly as well as her staff. I loved the fact that I don't have to wait 45 minutes before being seen like many doctors. She is efficient and professional.
