Made an appointment for my husband to come into their office, took the day off to get his wisdom teeth extracted after having a long conversation with the lady on phone about the problems he has and the work he needed done. We get there, wait a half hour for someone to greet us, filled out paperwork and she even took copies of his insurance card and id. Don't go here. My insurance told me to come here. I had an X ray and was referred to go here but when I called them they were very rude and told me I can't go because I already saw a dentist (who told me to go here- wasn't really a dentist at all I just had an X-Ray) never had a cleaning or anything.. told me to go to where I was referred and when I told them I was referred there they got very rude and told me they couldn't help me and hung up on me after I heard them talking about me in the background.. very unprofessional!... read more

Called to see if they accept my insurance. Long story short she called me back, said they were booked up until first week of July, I said okay, still wanting to make an appointment. She asked what I needed done, I told her just a cleaning. She said we don't do just a cleaning, have to do an exam and x-rays and hung up on me.

Had him when he was in the old Saratoga Mall called Queensbury Dental. He would compare me to my little sister, and tell me I didn't need novacaine. She didn't... Basically making fun of me. Horrible treatment. I should have sued him 😫 I was in his current place, asked who was the dentist. She told me his name. Walked out. NOT HAPPENING.
