My husband and I have been patients of Dr Balasubramian since before the pandemic. We had been referred by a friend and were so delighted with her practice that our daughter also decided to go to her. She guided us through the pandemic and is getting us back on track with odds and ends that we had avoided. We continue appreciate the care we receive from Dr Balasubramian. Very rude staff, incompetent, people and dentists. They have the most dirtiest couch for the patients to sit on. They don't clean their computer screen after people use it constantly. This environment is not welcoming bedside manners suck. I would not invite anyone that I care about to go to this dentist.
I had a terrible experience with a staff by the name of Roxana (not even sure if that is real name) at this office. The initial medical receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) who asked for my name and number was polite and courteous. Rosana was very rude and condescending. My appt had been scheduled since March 3, 2026, for 5/15/26. When I called in March, I was advised Dr. Bala was on leave and she wouldn’t be accepting appts until May. Horrible experience. Beware. They will lie to take insurance money. I asked mutliple times if they needed additional xrays even though I provided xrays from my doctor. They quoted me a price, but once they saw I had good insurance they said, oh its ok the insurance company will cover it. I let them know I did not want that bc I have major dental work to do this year. They then changed their tune and said everything was covered under the $99, only for them to bill my insurance $400 depleting my insurance for the year. Shame o... read more
