I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Decca while admitted to Clara Maass... I figured she should be my gynecologist moving forward. That was in May.. I was told to do a follow up visit with her and other doctors upon my discharge within a week. Again that was in May its about to be August and her staff has been telling me she has no openings until October. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mohammad’s for two years and while she is lovely and professional, I will be finding a new OBGYN because the overall experience at her office is horrendous. I had an issue I needed to be seen for immediately - no appointments available for 4 months, but they said I could see Dr. Cordero instead. I waited 75 minutes PAST my appointment time in the waiting room. Asked what the delay was - front desk said “oh wow that’s a long wait, that’s weird.” Saw the doc for maybe 3 min, he gave me a prescription... read more
