This was the worst place of business! I waited over an hour and 20 minutes. 1st time for visit!! Lack of communication . They did not tell me before.They did a procedure that I had to pay out a pocket when I have insurance! The charge me Quite a bit of money for something that they should have said.Your insurance doesn't cover or something like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Run! Find ANY other doctor you can. They never answer the phone, will blame you for issues they have in running their office (explains their turnover in personnel) and have a very unconcerning attitude when it comes to your health. Tried to arrange an appointment for my 83 year old mother with Alzheimer's who has a very concerning ear skin issue and was treated like I/she was an inconvenience. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This doctor Shelby is incredibly rude and not compassionate. Hardly spoke with me hardly listened and did not help. She said I needed treatment but I was only looking for answers to ongoing skin issues that were not cystic or acne or rosacea as she said after looking at my skin for a total of five seconds.
