Dr. Rice has been seeing my grandmother for 8 years. My grandmother is elderly and has also stated that this doctor does not listen to her needs. She was forgotten about and left in a doctor’s office for hours. She does not complete follow up calls or check ins to see about my grandmother when she has a bad fall or finger injury. At this point, I do not feel that anyone older than 60 needs to see this doctor.
Dr. Rice is very through and professional she takes her time to answer your questions and explain everything she needs to do. My husband and I are pleased to have her has or PCP.
Dr. Rice is a very thorough doctor. She is extremely kind and patient. She listened to all of my concerns and met every need I had! Would highly recommend her as a PCP!
Dr. Rice is a very insulting doctor. My mother has been going to her for years she is a 66-year-old retired registered nurse and recently had a fall and has been in pain all week from back spasms. But Dr. Rice had the nerve to ask my mother was she on drugs… How dare you insult my mother like that and she thought so highly of you. I’ll because she is in pain she has to be on drugs?I promise if she was white this will not happen and this will not be the last time hearing from us
