I give this doctor zero stars but for the sake of leaving a review she gets one. Our experience with Dr. Shepard was deeply disappointing. We felt our parental rights and medical preferences were not respected. Despite initially agreeing to certain safeguards, there was a lack of follow-through and accountability.
