Dr Whan was my family Dr in Cambridge. I moved to the Ottawa valley in 2010. She is one of a kind. When my father died in 2008 I fell into a mild depression and she took care of me. She is caring, empathetic and patient. When I was in the midst of moving to Ottawa she also noticed that I was having thyroid issues and she did not hesitate to ensure that I was referred to an endocrinologist in Ottawa. i have a problem with the ones that work for her more -- unnesseccary calls all threw covic then changing meds that dr pandi heart special said not too -- 8 yr and the medis ok and now u some one in contol of computer -- i have 12 meds they give me hard time doing the next one -- i have a system i use to do the meds and changing one today not nesscary -- they drive me crazy -- i do not go in -- i take a ambulance i miss my cousin furnerl-- i am changing drug store because i need it deliveried -- disabled not coming in !!! i ... read more

I’ve been seeing this doctor for about20 years now. The problems started once they relocated to their current location. Since relocating, it’s at least a 3 week wait to get an appointment and once you finally get in, you always spend at least an hour waiting to get called in to the office then at least another 20 waiting for her to actually see you.
