There is no employees at this location and it is just the doctor. They also try to scam you. They charged me for 70 minutes when I was only seen for 30 minutes. And as an initial visit I should have been charged $200 but I was charged $373. This doctor uses her power to scam you. Since she sees the patient first and send the bill later she can charge you whatever she likes.
I would not recommend this doctor's office under any circumstances. As a potential new patient, I was told I had to have a virtual consultation with Dr. Presken before I could be seen in person. I was baffled by how curt the receptionist was in the initial scheduling. The day of the appointment, I was at work (where I attend virtual meetings ALL DAY) and our Internet was spotty. This is the worst physicians office I have ever been to. We showed up 20 mins early. Waited 30 mins for anyone to greet us but all we got was a sign saying to have a seat and they would be right with us. No one was there! I called out from the desk, then opened the door and did the same calling 'hello, anyone here? ' no one answered. We took a picture of the sign and left 30 mins later.
