From the moment I entered the door, I was greeted warmly and treated kindly by each staff member. Dr. Warren and her nurse - I'm sorry I can't remember her name, listened very patiently to all of my issues, concerns and most recent procedures/experiences at another practice. For my first time, I was very pleased with my experience. Very professional and friendly.
I normally refuse to see anyone other than Dr. Freeman, however she was unavailable. I decided to come on in to see Dr. Warren since I felt it was a minor situation. I felt comfortable with her kind and compassionate spirit. Even the staff assured me she has decades of trusted experience.
