I have been seeing Dr. Elder for many years. She is very thorough. I am at high risk for skin cancer and completely trust her expertise in detection and prevention.
Dr. Elder is a no-nonsense and efficient physician. She has a job to do and does it well. She doesn't waste time on a lot of small talk but is personable and friendly. Though her office has their own skin care products there hasn't been a single time she has tried to sell them to me. I trust her expertise and knowledge.
I have seen Dr. Elder for several years and am completely satisfied with her service. Friendly, personable and thorough. She has never tried to sell me services/products I have not asked for, except for the removal of a small cancerous growth. Who can argue that?
returned phone call Called back promptly and gave complete, easy to understand response.
Dr. Elder has seen all of my teenage daughters for acne and skin concerns. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helped them feel less self conscious. Her prescribed skin regimes work and her advice for life long skin care and protection is appreciated.
Dr. Elder has awful bedside manner, didn't make the slightest nicety or small talk. basically barged in and the very first thing she said, "any areas you're concerned about?" no hi, i'm dr. so and so, how are you, etc. spent all of 5 minutes with me, abruptly checking my skin for cancers and then rudely asked if i was using retin a in a way that says; "your skin looks awful, why haven't you been using retin a". left me feeling pretty yucky and not super cared for.
