Condescending tone toward patients and very impatient. I think she may have compassion fatigue and does not represent the usual good care I have received at Redlands Community Hospital ED. She is such a big disappointment I hope that she takes this review as an opportunity to make changes to her bedside manner. She took an oath to care for patients and instead belittles without even assessing a patient!
