Provided a methodical plan of treatment. Addressed areas of pain I was having the most difficulties first. Very knowledgable about coverage of procedure that medicare and private insurance would cover.
I have been seeing Dr. Tracy for over 24 years! She is EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT, very kind & compassionate & MOST DEFINITELY knows what she is doing. Out of ALL the Dr.'s I have now & the Dr.'s I have had when living in Chicago, Illinois, she is the ONLY Dr. that has been able to help me. I recommend her to anyone who needs her type of expertise! I absolutely love her & the ONLY Dr. I truly trust with my life.
I have waited over a month for my pain medication and all they simply have to do is call the pharmacy I've had to visit the office several times and revisit the pharmacy several times since then have been over one month without my medication.
I had a kyploplasty with Dr Tracy and her team of nurses and staff, Thank you all so much it was a wonderful experience You all showed so much caring and love, today I feel like a new person Thank you Thank you.
