Crazy you can just move your office and restart your reviews. This Dr prescribed my mother methadone and Xanax together and it killed her. This was in 2009. I tried to file a wrongful death suit but the pharmacy was in on it too. Even tho I had a release form signed by a lawyer, whitewright pharmacy would not release the records. I was 17 so I didn't understand everything fully then. My mother had a baby 3 months before she passed. This Dr shouldn't be allowed to practice.
After neck surgery I still had problems and Silver Back and Spine have referred me to this office twice over many months. Never got a response. Don't count on this place!

8 years since my 1st appointment and My opinion remains unchanged. She and her staff are truely a Vision of what a Pain and Rehabilitation Clinic should be. She, her FNP, Nurse Practioners and other staff listen, are kind and offer education to help in your pain management plan. They do treat with medications when necessary but they are not in their line of works to just use medications alone.
