A very caring dentist. Takes her time and does an excellent job. Been going there for years and I love the service I get . Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very happy with Dr. Baker .
1 out of 5 Stars – Extremely Slow and Unnecessary X-Rays I had a very disappointing experience at Rutherford Family Dental. A routine cleaning, which should have taken 30-40 minutes at most, dragged on for two hours. I arrived at 8:30 AM and didn't leave until 10:30 AM—an absurd amount of time for something that should be quick and straightforward. Dr. Baker is the only dentist in the Winchester area I will see. I used to dread going to the see the dentist, but Dr. Baker and her team make it a pleasurable experience. You can read it in the mission statement on the website. You truly feel they care about you and want to build a lifelong relationship. My son went in as a new patient in March 2023 for a regular cleaning and routine x-rays. No issues during the appointment and no further treatment needed. I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company that the dentist took panoramic x-rays which were not covered (Bitewing x-rays would have been covered). He had panoramic x-rays back in 2018 and wasn't eligible for more panoramic x-rays until April 2023.
