I have been a patient of Dr Schaefer since 2009 and would highly recommend her. She cares about her patients and will spend as long as needed to take care of you. She makes sure you have the best care and will go the extra mille when you need care.
No matter how busy the office is, Dr. Schaefer always takes as much time as necessary to help you.
dr. Schaeffer told me she would work with my billing issues because I was not employed, however that did not coincide with billing and they continue to harass me for $200 that was owed late October that I've been paying off and communicating with this company regarding my financial hardship. they threatened to send me to a collection agency for $100 and then I owed 65 remaining and they threaten to tack on a $10 interest fee. If that's working with somebody, it's a very rude and deceitful way
I just saw Dr. Shaefer yesterday, and I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have found her. Dr. Shaefer is in a class amongst herself as a provider, as she is simply the most knowledgeable, kind, thorough and empathtic physician that I have ever met. Her approach is a comprehensive focus on not just ailments, but on all areas of wellness- social, psychological and nutritional. Dr. Shaefer is an outstanding advocate for the integrated health of her patients.
Dr. Schaefer has been my primary physician for many years. She is educated in all aspects of medicine, research and the latest information. Dr. Schaefer listens carefully, is patient and can evaluate a situation expertly. All the staff at the office are a hard working team that makes every effort to meet the needs of their patients, including the parients that come to the walk-in clinic in Eastport.
Dr. Schaefer is a caring, technically proficient as well as intuitive diagnostician. She sees and treats the big picture and will be your health champion.
