We loved dr. Hall & she was there when 3 of 4 of my babies were born but now we can hardly get in for anything, and sick visits are near impossible now & they use to not be and the front desk people are just not so nice. We sadly had to find another pediatrician after 10 years of seeing her.

I love Dr.Hall but I don't like the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism from the front lady's at the desk. Rolling her eyes at me and not helping me. I will not take my child back. Unfortunately I will be switching doctor's.
Dr. Hall is amazing. I’ve been with her for eight years. It’s just ridiculous that a single mother can’t get her child into the facility because she has an eight month old baby as well. When previously I was told if you tell them in advance I could’ve got both boys in at the same time for their flu shots but yet when it’s a true emergency they will not see your child because you have another kid. It’s just sad!
