Poor use of technology and poor communication. I submitted forms electronically 5 days ahead of my appointment and she contacted me the day before my appointment stating she did not receive them (she did find them after accusing me of not sending them) and it would cut into my appointment time. I cancelled my appointment as I had lost trust and faith in her preparedness and ability to effectively and efficiently complete the appointment. She then sent me an email personally attacking me. I have been a patient of Dr. Chelson for 7+ years. I highly recommend her. A few years ago I was very ill. I was exhausted all the time and couldn’t get out of bed, I couldn’t eat, think, or function at all. Dr Chelson got me in quickly and did some labs and other tests. She got back to me as soon as the labs were done. She then started my treatment plan and followed me closely for the next 6 months until my health returned. She is now and forever will be my PCP. Amazing care and customer service! I was looking for a specific treatment and asked the dr to look at my labs and let me know if she is able to do what I needed. She was unable to do what I was asking. But, continued to suggest other options or looking for a different provider. Her office manager is also extremely helpful and kind.
