I have been going to Dr DeFarias for over five years. I am one of those patients who are scared of dental work. She is the most patient, kind, and competent dentist I have ever been to. Her entire staff is friendly and professional. I am so happy I found Dr DeFarias.
Have been going back and forth with this office for 4 months after my initial appointment, for them to contact my insurance company to verify coverage for a simple cleaning. Every time I call they say they will get back with me and then nothing. Today I received a text from her office saying that per my request, any future appointments have been cancelled.
