Dr. Davero is helping both of my teenagers navigate the complexities of anxiety, bullying, school performance pressure and interpersonal relationships. She has a gentle yet firm approach that encourages them to recognize patterns of behavior and understand the “whys” behind their actions/beliefs. In doing so, she is providing them with the tools to critically think, respond and act differently if/when needed. Dr. Davero is a true advocate for mental health and I couldn’t recommend her more.
Dr Davero was very helpful in my healing journey. She was patient with me while I struggled with my anxiety and trauma issues. She set boundaries that I needed throughout treatment, so I could learn how to rely on myself. She helped me identify codependency patterns in my relationships and how to set boundaries with others as well. Highly recommend Dr Davero and her specialized HMR approach to healing trauma!
Dr. Davero assisted me on several occasions and helped me get through some challenging moments in my life. Her level of knowledge was invaluable and the compassion she showed me was notable. I think she is a special person and will always be my first choice as a therapist! Highly recommend!
I’d like to keep my review short and sweet. Everyone needs someone to talk to. For me, Deb was my go to gal during some uniquely difficult times in my adult life. She was there for me through it all and by the end of our sessions, I felt like I gained tremendous personal growth. She’s an amazing listener and healer. I think Deb is highly unethical. She will drop the patient who is the child if the parents don't exactly do what she says. The problem is Dr Deb doesn't support the reasonable rules or parameters that a parent sets in place. If Dr Deb disagrees with those reasonable lifestyle parameters she will argue with you about them rather than help the child except that these are the parameters especially surrounding cell phones and social media.
