Misdiagnosed my mother with diverticulitis for well over a year over many visits and refused to listen to my mother's overall concern. Eventually my mom, still a patient of Dr. Ross but in severe pain and tired of no results, went to the ER across the street where they immediately discovered stage 4 cancer, something a simple CAT scan or MRI would have revealed months or years earlier. I have been going to Dr. Ross for many years and she has always given me excellent care. She listens to what I say and develops a health plan for me. She is kind, caring and attentive. Her staff is great as well. I could not ask for a better physician to manage my health.
DR. Ross is a very thorough and attentive doctor. She listen well and make accurate diagnosis. She does not rush you during the examinations. She is concern about every thing that is going on with you and make sure that she follow up with your other doctors if needed. Her nurse returns phone calls promptly and Dr. Ross does not hesitate to have test run when something doesn't appear normal.
