I love Dr Delprete, her professional and approachable manner exceeded my expectations. She is very thorough, covering all options with my care. I was unable to get another appointment with her for one and half yrs. Unacceptable. Had to look for someone else.
I like Dr. Delprete, however more than once I've been kept waiting in the patient exam room for well over 25 min. the first time it took so long I had to leave. If they can address the waiting issue my rating would be much higher. As a person who works full time, sitting in a patient room for an extended period is not only frustrating and irritating, it's not a good use of anyone's time.
Dr. Delprete is personable and professional. She takes the time to listen and advise. She is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!
