Have been seeing Dr. Willoughby for years and he is the best! Always smiling, has a good sense of humour and excellent at what he does. Have had 2 emergency eye appointments that he accommodated the same day. The girls there are great too!
Dean is a great family optometrist. We have been going to him for over 12 years and is great to deal with.
Nothing against Dr Dean himself, but their ‘account specialist’ whom goes by Ashley. Charged my insurance company on my behalf a product fee 2 months after I even saw the Dr. WITHOUT permission. I didn’t order anything, I haven’t spoken to their staff since my previous visit months ago then got notified by my insurance company of a random charge. My family and I have been going here for 25 ish years and they are the best Imho. There are a couple times I've booked into other optometrists just due to work schedule or what not and in those instances I should have just waited to get in to Dr.Deans office. Acute vision is super important due to my hobbies and they are the only people I trust to get the most out of my eyes.
I highly recommend Dr.Dean Willoughby. He is very friendly and professional.
