My story is similar to the other ones posted here. I was in chronic pain for over 2 years, had visited several doctors including KU and other major hospitals in the region and had no success. Being a healthcare provider myself, I understand the importance of providing evidence based research. As I was looking into different options, I found Dr. Reeves' website. I was impressed with how involved and up to date he was with all the latest information. On my first visit with him, he was able to give me an accurate diagnosis... read more

Oh Dr Reeves. What unique practice you are in! I do wish I had sought out your care- years earlier. This note might be too long for some, but so many things have changed for me since beginning treatment. It is a rare event for a person to go to a Dr’s office and feel so very cared for. The office staff has the same response of concern and listening, because they are treating you as a whole person. I will tell the basics for why I went to Dr Reeves in the first place. There are so many stories of how this has changed... read more

Dr. Reeves is a talented and unique doctor to who I give the highest recommendations. I have struggled with pelvic and hip pain, specifically nerve tension and pain for over 2 years. My injuries potentially stem from an unsuccessful hip labrum tear/impingement removal surgery (traction specifically within surgery may have caused some damage) which provoked all the nerves in my pelvic to go into chaos. My sacral, sciatic, pudendal, perineal, and obturator nerves have been fighting against me. All of this dysfunction affects m... read more

The first appointment started ON TIME. The initial appointment lasted over 2 1/2 hours. What impressed me most about the first meeting (appointment) was Dr. Reeves' listening skills. He asked a lot of in-depth questions to get a better sense/feel for who I was and why I was in so much pain. It was very apparent to me Dr. Reeves cared about me and my well-being. I have always been a very active person who enjoyed playing several sports/activities such as golf, tennis, basketball, hiking, pickle ball, bicycling and working o... read more

Several years ago I went from being an extremely active and healthy wife, mom and law enforcement professional to living in profound pain. I was completely non-ambulatory and wheelchair bound. My hips felt like they would no longer hold up my body; at 130 pounds I was certainly not overweight. I saw spinal and osteopathic specialists and had x-rays, PET and CAT scans, MRIs and EMGs. All were negative. A surgeon confirmed my own belief that I had an unstable pelvis. He fused both my sacroiliac joints, and plated/screwed both... read more
