Very honest and straight forward. You will never get in to se him at your appointment time. He spends as much time as you need to diagnose your issue and give you the solution.
Dr. Zincone is compassionate and listens to his patients. Some complain about sometimes having to wait a while for an appointment, but he doesn't treat you like a number. He treats you as if you are the only patient he is seeing that day. We moved out of town, but still go back to see him for that reason.
Dr Zincone and his office staff, including Dan the PA, are competent and kind health care providers. They provide individualized healthcare and show respect to all patients. Their listening skills help us know that we are heard when we share our health concerns. I like to say that Dr Zincone is a physician for the people. His focus are his patients. He and Dan seems to have their priorities straight.
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. This man gives my mom too many medications that aren't supposed to be mixed. Prescribes things that haven't been proven to treat covid etc. Horrible.
Dr. Zincone and Dan have served me and my family for over twenty five years. He and Dan are very knowledgeable and great explained and listeners. His entire staff are very professional and caring. The only problem is that he is so well thought of it does take some time for him to see all of his patients.
Dr. Zincone is a kind, competent and compassionate family doctor. He is a good listener and an excellent diagnostician. My entire family has seen him for many years of caring and friendly guidance. His office staff are pleasant and efficient. You may have to wait awhile to be seen but I don't mind because they will always schedule a same-day appointment when you are sick.
