horrible doctors office, secretary is rude. This doctor has told me to go to the states and pay for medical care if I want it. I was in the hospital and they asked me who my family doctor was and after telling them it was zizzo, they only had horrible things to say (from prior patients) which everyone agrees on.. So many people have had such terrible experiences here, I have had so many bad ones I can’t even keep track.
I would never recommend this clinic my family was a patient of them for many years in the beginning they were great then they started not paying attention I took my mom several times from may 2025- June 2025 because she wasn’t well ruled it as acid reflex in may by June finding out it was in fact cancer, they will completely neglect their patients since then I transferred doctors
I had 5 appointments over 2 years. Never met my actual doctor! Met Rns that were no help as my health concerns were not properly addressed. Fed up and changed doctors. Had three appointments and met my new doctor every time. No patient relationship existed so I left. Loved Angelo never met his son. Even though apparently he was my doctor 🤔
Dont even know what "my doctor" looks like. Whole goal of the office seems to be billing OHIP into the dirt for everything they possibly can. "Take an advil".... absolute joke, find a different doctor. Dont waste your time.
I went to this clinic following a car accident and was extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism. When I first called to make an appointment for the Monday after my accident, the receptionist told me it would be a “waste of time” to see the doctor and to go straight to physiotherapy instead. This advice delayed my medical assessment and forced me to go to a walk-in clinic instead, where I was properly examined, diagnosed with a concussion, and sent for an MRI.
