I'm am forever greatful to have been given the opportunity to have a device for help with frequent/urgency of urination. If it wasn't for his skills and the fact he is the only Dr. That did not prescribe meds and this was a miracle fix for me. Not a bandaid solutions. Dr. Dean Elterman is a Master of his skills and the Bladder/Bowel Modustimulator implant.
There doesn’t seem to be a person who answers the phone and leaving a message doesn’t work.
I am so happy to be a patient of Dr Elterman. He has changed my life And put up with me multiple times until we got everything just right! Highly recommend him to everyone who needs An Intertstim Device
He has terrible bedside manners. He is rude and talked about how he can operate on a cadaver during the appointment. He should not talk to a patient or family like that.
Came on time for my appointment Waited 4 hours. Given me 5 mins of his time. Told me I'm good but I will send a prescription never sent it. This guy does not even know how to spell the city name "Etobicoke" .... This scared me. Never again.... Now I understand why the other reviews are accurate.
