I am very upset. I get calls from Lisa and she states do not come if your sick. Daughter woke up 30 min before appointment and was on her way to appointment. She called and stated she wasnt feeling well and I told her she couldn't go. Now they are trying to make it a no call no show. Then I said we'll we are right there. I'll bring her. She said no she is sick. 2 hours isnt going to give you enough time to replace a person.
