Met De Juan today for the second time. A good bloke who took the time to fully explain my procedure and answered all my questions. Fully recommend him for his manner, knowledge and great communication skills.
I November, I visited due to a swollen knee that was causing me significant discomfort. Unfortunately, I felt that the examination was rushed and not conducted thoroughly. Dr. Ng assured me that the swelling would resolve on its own, but after a month with no improvement, I sought a second opinion. The new doctor promptly identified the issue and provided appropriate treatment, which resolved the problem. Dr Ng is highly professional and takes his time to explain the issue and the process prior to surgery! Presented myself with a bucket handle meniscus tear which Dr Ng recommended immediate surgery to perform either a meniscectomy or a repair. He made me feel at ease given this was my first surgery under GA! 5 weeks post op now and my knee is slowly regaining function. Cannot thank Dr Ng enough for his post operative care too!
