The clinic forces patients to come at the appoitment time, and then forces them to wait for 2-4 hours from then on. They make this their rule. There are many notes inside the clinic telling patients to be prepared to wait for these hours. Note: they specialise in seeing kids. 2. I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff at Dr. Dayle Sigesmund’s office at 20 Wynford Dr, North York. This happened today, July 2nd, at around 10:00 AM. I was supposed to receive information about my son’s upcoming appointment with the eye doctor, which is scheduled for tomorrow. Dr. Sigesmund is very good, i had strabismus but now, my eyes are straight, long waits but I don't mind, very talented and knowledgable
Have been trying to get the appointment for my kid. Got the appointment for 18/12…today got a voicemail stating they need to move this a bit earlier for some reason and asked me to call back…was trying to reach out to them for more than two hours…sometimes going on voicemail or else was putting me on hold!!!!!absurd…once reached i was told by the receptionist that my appointment got pushed back to next year because of holiday!!!!Worst service and customer handling ever…
Terrible experience. Receptionist was incredibly rude, walked in with a stroller as I had 2 children 3 and under with me and was immediately met with attitude that no strollers were allowed. I am assuming this is the same receptionist that I had spoken to on the phone and who was also very rude. They have many unwritten policies in place. They will book you months in advance and give no follow up calls or alerts to inform you of your appointment.
