I used to like her, now I think she's terrible, something that made me see right through the facade, I dislike her now, I want to find another opthamologist
I hereby express my displeasure with this clinic. It's truly a disgrace. My son had an appointment for 2:00 pm, but it's already 3:30 pm, and he's still waiting to be seen. I asked the secretary if it would take much longer for my son to be seen, and she told me I couldn't read, because there was a sheet of paper that said the wait time was one to two hours. Clearly overbooks her appointments and wastes everyone's time. Deals with children so it's unpredictable but waiting 2 hours after my scheduled time for a 20min appointment is unacceptable and would go elsewhere.
Take note of the following facts and consider if you still want to use this clinic. 1. The clinic forces patients to come at the appoitment time, and then forces them to wait for 2-4 hours from then on. They make this their rule. There are many notes inside the clinic telling patients to be prepared to wait for these hours. Note: they specialise in seeing kids. 2. I'm on UHIP, not OHIP, and they charge me $225 for every visit that under OHIP the clinic could charge only $85. Consequently I have to pay $120 out of pocket. 3. ... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff at Dr. Dayle Sigesmund’s office at 20 Wynford Dr, North York. This happened today, July 2nd, at around 10:00 AM. I was supposed to receive information about my son’s upcoming appointment with the eye doctor, which is scheduled for tomorrow.
