Dr. Sigesmund is very good, i had strabismus but now, my eyes are straight, long waits but I don't mind, very talented and knowledgable
Have been trying to get the appointment for my kid. Got the appointment for 18/12…today got a voicemail stating they need to move this a bit earlier for some reason and asked me to call back…was trying to reach out to them for more than two hours…sometimes going on voicemail or else was putting me on hold!!!!!absurd…once reached i was told by the receptionist that my appointment got pushed back to next year because of holiday!!!!Worst service and customer handling ever…
Terrible experience. Receptionist was incredibly rude, walked in with a stroller as I had 2 children 3 and under with me and was immediately met with attitude that no strollers were allowed. I am assuming this is the same receptionist that I had spoken to on the phone and who was also very rude. They have many unwritten policies in place. They will book you months in advance and give no follow up calls or alerts to inform you of your appointment. Absolutely horrible There is zero reason people should be waiting three to four hours for a BOOKED APPOINTMENT. It’s so hard for children waiting hours just to be seen five minutes.
Review on May 8, 2025: This is my third time writing review on Dr. Sigesmund and her office. Not very sure why the 1st one is gone. So I'll keep the 2nd review at the end of this review. I went to the office today meeting with the Doctor and two receptionists. Here are my points: 1. The waiting time was definitely not what the other reviewers said.
