We've always had our toilets replaced everywhere we moved to and they've always been the ones to do it never a problem they're always friendly helpful and always willing to answer questions

Horrible experience. We had them change out all the old galvanized piping to pex and copper. First, I made sure with them that they weren’t going to be using compression sharkbite fittings because I heard they’re not the best in class. They used them anyway and I didn’t know until after the job was done. To get it fixed would cost at least another grand but they only refunded me $500. Talia and Joe helped us so much. Joe fixed our toilet and found a leak in our faucet. They put in a Moen faucet a few years ago. Joe recommended that I call Moen, and Talia knew where all our paperwork was from years ago. She sent it to me and all in a phone call, texts, and emails, Moen is sending us a whole new faucet. When I was talking to the Moen representative, Joe was in the background explaining what we needed. Talia and Joe went above and beyond for us. We appreciate Dee's plumbing very much.
Wonderful response time and Joe was efficient, professional and I am just thrilled to have my outside spigot up and running.
