I had Dr. Joseph when I was with Kaiser and am so glad to have her again . She is so enthusiastic that my transplanted kidney is doing well.
As a doctor she is nice and willing to work with you. The problem is every word you say in regards to answering questions or asking them gets written up and you end up paying for every word. Contesting the bill doesn't work. Even telling her money is very tight made no difference when getting the bill.....insurance money? Shame on her and Cleveland Clinic.
