Dr. Polly was professional and caring about our needs. We would highly recommend Dr. Polly and her staff for children care. Her staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. we will always go to Express Pediatric Care.
My girls have been seeing Dr. Polly for almost 6 years now and we couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. I have never questioned any treatment or advice she's given and my girls absolutely love her! Visits are always quick but not rushed. My youngest (8) can get restless at times but she usually does pretty well, while I feel like everything gets covered in one visit. Office staff & nurses are always patient & treat us well. My only complaint is that she isn't my doctor ??
I am Very happy to have her as my daughter's pediatrician...she is very professional, very accurate and very nice with kids! Plus I don't have to wait on the phone line to make an appointment. She is there when I need her and this is what matters! Highly recommended.
Love Dr. Polly, wouldn't take my kids nowhere else.
Visit felt very rushed and doctor was uncaring. Not personable. Staff was very nice. Crystal was at the front desk and she has always been very kind to us.
