She doesn’t care! Appt very rushed. Didn’t have a real conversation with me about my personal experience. When I asked her if she was in a rush she told me “well I have 30 patients today” no empathy towards the fact that I let her know that I was feeling rushed! She is not personalizing care at all and just going off of, I guess what she’s learned! I am switching to a provider who actually listens and cares and not brush me off!
