Dr. Duss may be a very good doc - she did an extensive evaluation for double vision, but the follow up with her staff is terrible. As in never get calls back. I had issues with adjusting to the prisms they put on my glasses and the prism stick. Talked to Marsha 1 time- from our conversation she admitted it sounded like I was given the wrong prism stick - she was going to consult with Dr. Duss and get back to me. Never, ever called me back. Dr.Duss and her team provided me an extraordinary experience from the first examination to the follow up after surgery. They all were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Duss respected my issues concerning my adult strabismus condition and answered all my questions thoroughly. I confidently recommend Dr. Duss of Pediatric Eye Consultants of North Florida.
Dr. Duss is awesome! She is so good with my son who is special needs, he absolutely loves her. She’s pretty quick with the exams but she never actually makes you feel rushed. 10/10 recommend her office for you pediatric eye needs!
