I just decided to go to Bifocals over contacts. My face structure isn't even, but Racheal was so patient with fitting my new glasses. I even stopped back in with a concern a few days later..(Im trying to adjust to progressive glasses, and I'm an over thinker). Thank you again Racheal for understanding and listening. She was so patient, calm and professional. She is a wonderful asset to have helping customers. She went above from helping me pick out my frames, to adjustments and follow up questions and I never felt rushed.
Fantastic and caring place. Really makes you feel comfortable, fast and easy check ups (I usually never have to wait and if I do it's literally 5 minutes maybe).
Honestly the best optometrist. She really cares about making sure you’re not only able to see, but is diligent about other eye issues/diseases.
I've been going to Dr Clarke for quite a few years. I work all over the country sometimes and I have traveled from as far as Nelson BC to have an eye exam done here in Ont. This time I traveled from Toronto all the way to St Catharines to her new office. She has cutting edge equipment that has hands down given me the best glasses ever. If you want amazing friendly experience and the most accurate eye exam ever at a reasonable price progressive vision center is my #1 choice.
