Dr. Zeman refused to order imaging for my torn rotator cuff, citing that "we cannot take a picture of pain. " When I opposed him, he stormed out of the room and bellowed audibly about me to someone in the next room. He returned to tell me that my endured pain for 8 more weeks would qualify me for imaging and nothing else. My partner had an appointment with him today. We found him judgmental and fatphobic. Zeman’s recommendation for osteoarthritis that’s causing knee pain was bariatric surgery. While we understand that obesity plays a role in his pain, there are more direct treatments that can help alleviate the pain while he works on lifestyle changes. Zeman needs to retire if he doesn’t understand that treating people badly is not a motivation for positive change.

That Zeeman doctor is awful. Just took my mom there. He did nothing. We’ve been to multiple doctors and no one has done anything for her! She lives in pain every single day of her life and all he had to say was “there’s nothing more I can do for you” DO NOT RECOMMEND
