Dr no good. Staff is afraid and need to wait forever
I had a stay in the Hospital several months age for 1 week for an emergency. Dr. Shek showed up afterwork on 3 different occasions to see me and see how I was feeling.
I have been pations for more than 2 years, I have been very happy with the level of service that I received and have had no problems setting an appointment to see the doctors, or to be referred to specialist.
Dr shek and the staff are nice. Helpful and friendly. Avoid Francis is possible I don't think she ever listens to any of her patients or interns. Wait times even with appointment are horrible. Been patient for 4 years ish. Don't want to deal with Francis any more.
