The staff at Dr. David Y. Chiou, MD’s office are very unwelcoming. A nurse was rude to a patient who was waiting for a post-surgery appointment. It gave the impression that there may be racial discrimination in this clinic. Almost every visit I had there came with some kind of issue. A very unpleasant experience.

Great doctor, but as others have said, his staff is ruining his practice. Of particular note is the old lady who is incapable of owning up to her mistakes. Always sad to see someone of that age who has never managed to mature. My mistake was not listening to my instinct to avoid the place due to the elderly staff. Sadly they confirmed my suspicions by fumbling my prescription at nearly every refill, somehow even when the pharmacy already had the refills on file. This doctor is awesome he listens to your concerns and addresses them. He is awesome. The staff that he has is great they always answer the phone and address your concerns right away. I had to move to another location and couldn’t use them anymore which made me so sad because I didn’t feel like I could find another doctor or staff as competent as this doctor and staff.
