I would not recommend this office . Dr. Popp does what is called "up coding" which means he bills your insurance for every possible thing he can. For example, I went in for a well check with my children. One of them had a stubborn wart so he said no problem, he had a spray he could spray on it. I thought, wow, what a nice guy...That was until I received my bill. He charged us $120 for the little spray he did--which did not get rid of the wart, and he charged us for both the well visit and sick visit. My insurance doesn't cov... read more
San Antonio Texas Best Pediatrician – I would like to personally thank Dr. Popp for his wonderful care of my new granddaughter that was born over the Christmas holiday. My daughter had a C-section and on Thursday Dec 23, 2010. Dr. Popp came everyday to check on the baby, they were in the hospital thru Dec 26, 2010. He was very attentive to details and patient with all the questions my daughter had with her new baby girl. He took his time even though he probably would have rather been at home with his family.
